Ordering a new car tomorrow which colour do I choose?

I am ordering a E350 CDi Sport Estate in the morning, I have narrowed the colour choice down to Obsidian Black or Tenorite Grey I'm 50/50 on the colour I was set on black but I viewed a grey one today and it's put a wobble on me!

As good as black cars look when they're clean I'd go grey.

Black cars look clean for about 15 minutes after you wash them.

I'd go for the grey personally. Black doesn't suit the current E-Class IMO.

But for the estate, probably the grey. Black might be a bit nouveau-hearse.

ETA: But you don't specify which colour/material interior you're getting, this could have a big impact up close.

Anyone who specs their car in resale grey needs to be taken out and shot

Black leather in whichever colour I choose.

Both colours are in stock within the dealer network so hopefully a couple weeks and I'll have the car.

What is it with the current obsession with grey?

It's not a colour. It's primer before a colour goes on.

It turns ANY car dull as dishwater.

My brother in law has a 612....in grey FFS.

Get a proper colour, not something that accountants think is adequate.

I fking hate grey. I have never understood why anyone would specify grey on a new car. Don't get me wrong, the market doesn't mind it, and buying used, I have had a few, but ordering your own car, never understood it. Especially when it is more often than not an extra!

Black for me please. No hardship to look after if you wax it well from day 1.
