Which Band A company car?

I need some help here guys, my company want to lease a car for around £150 a month. Preferably 5 doors and the greener the better, Tax Band A. I know absolutely nothing about these sorts of cars, I only read performance car mags like Evo and Octane and own a 1970 Lotus Elan! My first thoughts were the Ford Fiesta TDCi ECO as I think I read a good review of it somewhere. The Polo Bluemotion was another idea.
Could you share some experiences of these sorts of cars please? If you have had good or bad experiences with a particular lease company too.

The market has moved on a lot recently and you can do a lot better than a Fiesta Econetic and Polo Bluemotion.
If you want fun and performance a MINI Cooper D is the best buy, 115bhp 1.6 diesel and 6-speed manual, 0-60 in around 10secs.
If your more interested in practicality, a Volvo V50 1.6D DRIVe sits in the same tax band, 110bhp from its 1.6 engine.
VAG has perhaps the best all rounders with the Audi A3 TDI e, Golf Bluemotion and Leon Ecomotive all sharing the same 1.6 105bhp engine and sitting in tax band A.

Thanks for the replies, including the one about the Bluemotion as I had no idea if it was good or bad to drive. It's a shame they can't make a decent Band A driver's car, I had high hopes for the CRX but apparently that's rubbish and when I tried to sit in it at Goodwood FOS I nearly got stuck and couldn't get out again (I'm 6'7").
Anyway, it looks like my help wasn't needed with the decision making process and they have gone for a Nissan Note, and the 1.5 petrol one too! Purely because it was the cheapest five door car (£119 per month). It looks like a right fugly POS. Luckily I don't go to site much these day so won't be driving it and if I do need a car I will just take my own. The 40p per mile will at least cover half the fuel!

At least you can hold your head up high that your car hasn't got a fwuffy bunny ECOwhatever badge on the back. ps Nowt wrong with the Note, although I think the petrol's are 1.4 or 1.6?

It's the 1.4. The 1.5 was the diesel that they should have got. At least it would be economical and have some grunt.
Are you sure there's nothing wrong with the Note? Apart from the fact it is named after a short informal letter it looks like a shoebox that's been stepped on at one end, probably drives like one too. 88bhp, 94ft lbf (!) and 1546kg? Ummm...speedy.

I'd imagine thats gross vehicle weight and not actual kerb weight Are you sure there's nothing wrong with the Note? Anyway, you should see over 50 MPG easy, and not wake your neighbours up into the bargain
Why don't you take one for a test drive in the meantime if you're worried its going to be a crap car?
