Anyone with experiance in selling a car on ebay...

Opened a case which you can only do 4 days after the sale ends. Seller was going to pick up today, was a no show. He had my address and number and as i expected, totally ignored me.

I've opened a case so i can get a credit on the insertion fee and re-list. Now i've opened it, there's an option to close it straight away. Can i do that and get an instant credit to relist immediately? The item ended on April 4th.

Also, if i re-list the item, does the same advert just get re-posted, or can i write a whole new description?
