Browsing the 'trader this lunchtime, I came across this little number:

Up until today I had no idea Toyota ever made a supercharged version of the T-Sport.
So has anyone else discovered a car they never knew was made lately?

Hey OP, that's spooky! Well ok, coincidence really.
When I read the thread title, I thought of exactly that car.
Lad at work was on about them last week, as a discreet alternative to a Civic type R.
I'd never heard of them either.
I read an Evo review though and it said there not as agile a type R. I'd have one as a comuter though.

IIRC Evo basically said it was rubbish - comical mismatch between rev-like-a-b
d engine and please-don't-rush-me-for-the-love-of-it chassis...Is this S/C engine any relation to the one in the Elise?

Another manufacturer I didn't know made quick cars was, believe it or not, Volvo. I knew about the old T5's and the 850 but, didn't know there was a quick version in most ranges, such as the V70R etc.
I've got an old 940 towcar and I'd like to change to an 850R. It's due an MOT on Monday and a big fail would give me the perfect excuse.
That would explain why they aren't well heard of then.
