Race start time of the Chinese F1 re-run?

Just a quickie, can anyone confirm the time that the race starts on this afternoon's re-run of the Chinese F1?

It says programme starts at 3.00pm, but I'm hoping the actual race doesn't start till 4.00pm?

Well the programme finishes at 5.00pm so I'd hazard a guess it'll be starting around 3pm.

On the re-run I think they do shorter pre-race amble, so 3:30 actual start time I think
