Looking for driving experience day recommendations

A relative of mine is looking to book their other half a driving experience day for a "big" birthday!

He's nuts about Astons, and we're looking for a day that'll get him a chance to perhaps drive a DB9, maybe as part of a package with one or two other supercars too? Astons are the key, however.

The big thing obviously is that we want to go for a day where he'll be given some freedom to drive the car as intended, preferably not being limited to only 2 laps, changing at 3000rpm under strict supervision.

Budget is in the £200 region, and we're a bit bewildered by choice! Any personal recommendations most welcome!

I did a 6th gear day in York last year and it was pretty good.

Went out in the Ferrari 612 and the instructor was encouraging me to use the full rev range and overtake under braking into the corners. It was his attitude that made it more enjoyable than others I have been on.

Myself and the Mrs did a 6th gear driving day in Cheshunt (I think? Just around the corner from Chessington theme park anyway), I had a 360CS and she an Atom. Only got I think 2/3 flying laps, and the instructors were both encouraging using the cars properly - he told me to keep my foot down a few times when I wanted to lift, told me to overtake coming into corners etc. To be honest I wasn't brave enough to make the most of it! I didn't realise that the mirrors were all angled to be used from the passenger seat until I was about to go for a slightly risky (to me!) overtake, did an instinctive mirror check, obviously couldn't see anything and therefore hesitated too much due to the whole "something's wrong, abort manoeuvre" reflex.

But all that besides, 6th gear were very good and I can't see it being much better any other "casual" experience place, for lack of a better way of putting it.
