'orrible scumbags!!

Parked my supra up outside my cousin's house for no longer than 15 minutes. Came back to it noticing that something wasn't quite right. Looked at my fuel filler cap to see that some scumbag had tried forcing it open form the hinged side!!! The hinge brackets have snapped and the hinge itself is now bent out of shape. Have tried to repair it but it wont sit or lock in position. So I now have an easily accessible fuel filler cap, which anyone could open! Not amused in the slightest I just dont get why people do stty things like this!!!

I know, I just can't get my head round it. It was either a stupid attempt of theft or just vandalism. If it were the latter I would have expected some keyed panels or something.

No fuel was taken, the flap was still attached to the car.....just, looks as though they were disturbed or just gave up.

Thats what I was thinking, but I dont usually visit the area so the car is not known in the area (if that makes sense). I reckon you're right with the sugar plan but just think I was in the wrong place at the wrong time either way still jarred off.

Absolutely. The hardest thing was that it was parked outside my (then) home so you start to wonder if you've annoyed anyone locally. To scratch as you walk past is one thing, to take the time to construct the Union Jack made it harder to stomach.

Thanks Another Fluffer, she needs some work doing but it keeps my weekends occupied. Toxic Nerve, yeah it is a trip to the scrappy's or might get in touch with a parts supplier.

Garlick thats awful!! I think I would have had a "head pop" moment if that had happened. If I would have caught someone keying a UJ into my boxter I would be up for murder lol!
