tyres for wire wheels for Mk 2 Jag

Hello knowledgable people! I have purchased some wire wheels for my 1968 340 I now need some spinners, splined hubs, and some tyres. Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain aforementioned ? thank you in advance, ( and sorry to be so thick)
