Find a UK based proxy and route your traffic through that. You will show as having a UK IP

Use a UK Proxy to access it, this will trick the website into thinking your in the UK.

I don't have one to hand but if you search for it on google i'm sure you'll find loads.

Not sure, maybe its to stop some of the scams co-ordinated outside the UK?
