what wheel size?

I've got a trailer to carry my son's kart around and noticed this weekend that the outer walls are starting to crack.
The wheels are 14" steels with 4x bolts - but thats all i know - how do i figure out what wheels they are so I can ask for the right thing at the local scrappy? I know wheels have different PCD, offset etc but no idea how to measure this or figure out what might fit - e.g. ford wheels, vauxhall etc?

First thing to look for is any markings on the wheel. If nothing there then the distance between the centres of opposite hols can be measured, this will be the PCD, centre bore hole size useful too.

Hopefully it would say on the inside of the wheel what the PCD / offset it.
