Car Bodywork Repairs?

Not quite sure where to post this, and I am sure if it's in the wrong place, someone will kindly put it where it should be, but does anyone here do bodywork repairs, or know of a good (and hopefully cheap) auto restorer in the East Lancs area?

We have a dink on the car roof, well when I say roof, more the sill at the edge, have been to the dealer in town and they are quoting a rather large number to fix it, have just tried a nationwide mobile repair company, but they don't do upwards facing panels dues to not having the right mobile drying equipment.

So I thought it would be an idea to see if anyone here can do, or knows a man that can.
