With some potential changes to our car allowance being in the pipeline, its got me wondering what options are out there.
The rules of the allowance would be for a car no older than 5years and have a C02 rating of less than 150 weasels per rabbit warren. Sports cars and convertibles are out. Budget of £4-6k. My personal proviso is that its got to be entertaining enough when the road gets twisty, and also return at least a half decent mpg figure.

Fiat Panda 100hp
Suzuki Swift Sport
New rules don't kick in until next year, but need to start thinking about the options. Can it be done?
