Based on the fact that they've got standard factory engines but have a lot more weight to cart around (armor etc) I'd say take a standard car with the same engine and reduce the performance figures by 30%?

As are all emergency vehicles. However all our cars display a tax disc with the price of 'nil' in the 'cost' box.

As far as i am aware, being exempt from tax doesnt exempt you from displaying a disc does it? There's an offence for not displaying a disc, whether its taxed or not, isnt there?

It's been said for a while that it was going to be used to take Kate & her dad to the church - don't know if it was though.
