Shocking email reply through PH car sale enquiry!

My brother is thinking of part exchanging a car through the PH sale section. He's been in touch with a few people and communication was fine between the sellers.

BUT he showed me an email today and I was shocked to the point of disbelief...

A seller was selling a Civic and my brother got in touch with him to talk about a part exchange.

All I can say is the reply from the seller was the most shocking I have ever seen, very very racist.

I will post up later on today after I make it suitable for public viewing.

So question, do I complain to PH?? 

So shocked that this is my 1st post after being a member since 06' !

I don't think the PH Gods will be able to do anything. Maybe pull the advert, but I don't know that they would??

Complaining to PH won't stop idiots from sending emails, though perhaps they might do something about the individual. Pays to have a thicker skin when you're on the 'net, but there's idiots in all walks of life - they're best ignored.

I mean, it's not a particularly pleasant message to receive, but I really think there are bigger issues out there in the world to worry about and it really isn't worth losing sleep over. I mean, if the fella is a narrow minded tosser, then why should it bother you?

ETA - just Googled nip to see if I could find out where the term originally came from and basically ended up with a load of 'nip slips' which made me laugh!

I knew exactly what and who it refers to, but I was interested to the origin of the derogatory word which I didn't know. Bit like the term limey for an English person - I know where that comes from.
