Need something pointless and cool for 3-4k

After an unfortunate incident with someone pulling out on me I'm in need of a temporary stop gap car.

Simple requirements, 3-4k, needs to be cool and I don't care how much petrol it uses, in fact the more the better.

I'm thinking something like an old s8 could be a decent option but am open to suggestions...

(Sorry about another what car thread but I need something to look forward to after losing my car!)

My Mazda RX-8 can be had for £4k, and it does 13mpg which is probably worse than the ones already suggested.
