Recommend me european route planner!

Hey all.

Would like any recommendations of a decent European route planner, that allows me to enter MPG and factors in toll booth costs.

Basically trying to find out if it's cheaper to fly to Lacanau (near Bordeaux) or to drive. Preferance is obviously driving though; just trying to weigh it up! Plenty of help for the route, less information available for road tolls.
