The dealership features a dedicated Atelier, modelled on the one at the factory in Maranello, where customers can personalise their new Ferrari in an exclusive environment designed to reflect the company's craftsmanship and individuality. The customer lounge is a welcoming space, with timeless, elegant, authentic materials, and a mixture of direct, diffused and reflected light, where clients can feel at ease and interact comfortably with dealer personnel as part of the sales and aftersales experiences. The Ferrari Corporate Identity in all the facility reflects the essence and excellence of the brand, providing the perfect display with regards to viewing angles and space.

It sounds like an Apple store. Vomit-inducing.

What happened to supercar firms being run by the mafia and generally not giving a toss about your 'experience' as long as they pour every last penny into blood-spitting track-bred monsters designed by artists and driven by gods?

I can't stand pretentious marketing babble like this.

Oh and the new FF is still hideous.

They all went bust. Turns out it's no way to run a business.

Thing is, these supercar firms these days are all run by big parent companies like Fiat and VAG. They'd make money anyway, don't see why these supercars need quite so much of a hard-sell - people would buy them anyway and the company as a whole would still make money.
