No, not even close.
The Brera is a boated pudding in comparison. The GT is elegant imho.
Should have gone to speccsavers The Brera is a boated pudding in comparison. The GT is elegant imho.
I'm not a fan or the Brera or the GT, don't dislike them but don't see many modern Alfas as special.. but I know many do, and that is cool, it really is. Horses for courses, as we are using clichés...
I'd really like an Alfa Spider though...with the diesel 5 pot. Just so really witty critics can mention tractor engines and hairdressers in the same sentence

One of the most universally loved sheds I’ve ever seen I think?
Lovely looking car, practical, owners have said a decent steer, and wouldn’t look out of place pulling up to a meet at caffeine and machine etc, all for under £2k!
Do these have ISOFIX mounts in the back? I could be tempted to get one as a runabout if so.

Shed of the year.
But we would have to get rid of the number plate: 0Y07FME
I hope the one owner translates as a one LADY owner, with some salty humour.
Do we need to fear for shed not spotting the occasion. Or was this "shed" the postmistresses?
Sorry, don't get it? But we would have to get rid of the number plate: 0Y07FME

...Insert more shed appropriate "f" meaning, if you like the postmistress.
Another GT fan here, bought a GT JTD when I got fed of of filling my 147 GTA every other day, I still wanted to have fun in it, so tuned it, Q2'd it and slapped some Coilovers on it, it was a surprising weapon on track, great car, embarrassed many a hot hatch at track days etc. Then would do sensible ~50mpg when commuting, which was a bit better than 23
Chopped it in for a Renault Grand Scenic for family duties, that was a sad day.

Don't do it, get the 1.9 diesel. It is lighter, better handling. I have owned 5 seies BM;s, 528i, this is quicker easily. I maxxed out my E28 on the Mulsanne at 135mph (on remoulds - sorry forum members).
My Alfa hit 140mph on the autobahn with around a 1,000rpm to go, but I hit traffic and being an old sod, decided to slow down.
The Busso engine comes with it's problems, you need to warm them up, oil drowns down after each drive, you have to be patient.
Rattly1.9 diesel over one of the best sounding engines ever made, absolutely no way. My Alfa hit 140mph on the autobahn with around a 1,000rpm to go, but I hit traffic and being an old sod, decided to slow down.
