As the title says really... was just speccing up a GT3 online and was wondering if you get a palette of colour, or you can genuinely pick whatever you want, B&Q style?

L999 colour to match sample. Bring in your colour and they will match. Be prepared to pay for it though.

This does not apply to the GT3 as this process can take as long as a year. In order to do paint to sample on the GT3, one has to choose from the list of already approved colours.

And allegedly you can't have a GT3 at all any more. See GT3 prospective owners thread for many rumours and counter rumours.

Thanks guys - i did some more research and it seems there is a pre-approved list of older Porsche colours, but otherwise, it is a long process to get a new colour approved.
