996 911 convert newbie
Discussion
I don't own a 996 at present but I believe options will be;
1) Porsche own seat
2) Recaro start (quite old and heavy now)
3) Jane Montecarlo
I used the Jane Montecarlo 'RI' (ISO fix version) in my Cerbera and it just fitted. I got the idea from seeing it in a 997. Don't think you would need the 'R1' version unless there are points back there which I doubt.
It's a great looking light modern seat. Washable too.

My daughter is 2 and a half, we've got the Porsche car seat. Fits perfect, as you'd expect. Plenty in eBay usually.
Tred maxi cosi tobi and although it just about fitted, there was no leg room as can has less room in the back, the seat backs are bolt upright too!
Porsche seat lets you have a passenger in the front too, bonus
Mine is 997 but can't see 996 being any different.
