Tyres for Gen 1 GT3RS
Discussion
I wouldn't go for Corsas at the front and Cups at the back. Unless you're planning to replace all 4 of course.
I prefer Cups to Corsas as they stand up better on track and are fine on the road with common sense applied. I'd be taking Super Sports over Corsas for road use as they're a better all-round tyre.

I have a 997 Gen1GT3RS and the rear tyres need replacing. At the moment it has Pirelli P Zero Corsa's but I was thinking of fitting a set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cups.Advice would be appreciated as I've heard that Cups are the best and Michelin have an offer on at the moment.
I would go for the supersports if not tracking the car, what colour is it?Went Supersports on mine, not quite as great as I hoped TBH.
I personally hate Cups. Unless its a serious track car they are very compromised on the road. They cope just about when new with standing water but more than half worn they are positively dangerous in a a downpour (As I can vouch for personally) They cost a fortune relatively , start with 5mm of tread when new and are of course pretty soft and not long lived. If you must fit a track tyre, Pirelli Corsa every time.
I found PS2s were fine as a road tyre before the current MPSS went on
