What's this sound?

Top mount or something else? GT3 996.2
The knocking sound comes and goes. Some journeys I won't hear for days, then sometimes while coasting stuck in traffic it's loud, as you hear in the link. Drivers side front. Hope the link works, it's the first vid I've ever put on You Tube.
