What car is it for and what is the amps per hour rating of your current battery?

In that case the first one should be fine.

The only exception to this is if the car has a large number of options fitted, in which case you may need the second higher a/ph one to compensate for the additional load. The a/ph rating on your current battery should clarify this though.

Phone module, heated seats, psm, rear wiper, BOSE, etc etc.

OPC are saying not to buy one that is too powerful as it could burn out the alternator.

Ive gone for the bigger one - £90 via ECP on Ebay (cheaper than ECP website!).
