Replacememt Windscreen for 993 via Glass Tec
Discussion
I was nervous about getting a replacement screen in my 993. The existing screen really wasn't that bad.
Just some nicks and minor chips. Nothing to constitute an MOT failure. I eventually sourced a new Oem screen and got Paul from Glass Tec to fit. Top job. Real pride to the work and high level of care taken.
You can't compare this level of service with the big windscreen chains.
Like comparing Ribena with Petrus. Both drinks, both the same colour. Both very different.
The Internet had me thinking that with the old glass out I would be looking at the scuttle feeling like Brad Pitt at the end of Se7en. 'All 993's rust under there, it's a design fault'.
Well mine was mint. Rust free. Suck it Internet!
If you want your screen done Better Call Paul. Very satisfied.
