Tell me I am wrong... Just bought a 7.2 RS
Discussion
...well not wrong because of this specific model.
It's just that I already own a 7.2 GT3 which I am using as a daily driver. I even have a set of wheels with winter tires to go with it.
Using highly advanced man math/logic I convinced myself that getting an RS on top of it is a wise idea.
I adore my GT3 and it's just the perfect car for me. However, piling on the miles does leave me with a bit of an uneasy feeling as it is a very special car. Hence I thought getting an RS (at least it's somewhat different to the GT3) on top, would make things much easier. I can continue driving the GT3 everyday and have an RS to cherish for the long term.
Then I came across a well cared for white/red RS with all the relevant trimmings at an official Porsche dealer including full warranty and a highly attractive price. So I sealed the deal today.

Saw a set of GT3 Winter wheels at BHP motorsport the other year after they'd swapped them over for the owner's Summer set.
At the time I thought what a legend
. That wasn't you per chance was it?
Best case of man maths for sure! Cars are like watches - a man can never have enough.
Enjoy both of your GT3s.

Liking the man math / logic. But suspect you need to cherish both and get a turbo for mundane commuting in all weathers.....you know it makes sense.
That's what I'm about to do... Add a 7 turbo to keep the RS for sunny, special days. Too tempting to us the Rs all the time. So more pork is the only man maths answer. Gassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
