None aircon heater controls
Discussion
Have to take the 996 off the road shortly to change the power steering pump as it's now so loud with some lock on you can hear it over the stereo! Several years ago the aircon was removed so there is no compressor, lines etc. in the car however it still has the original Aircon'd heater controls, really would like to convert this to a none aircon heater control setup which I believe were rotary controls rather than push buttons, does anyone happen to have a photo of a none-aircon 996 heater control so I can work out what the part number for it is and get one ordered? Then I can start to work out if it's plug and play or wiring changes required!
None aircon 996 seem to be a little on the rare side!

I've got one of each in my garage (rotary style and non rotary). From memory the heater box is different for each model. One uses cables to adjust the flaps and electrics for the fans; the other is all electric (fan and flap operation).
To convert you would need to swap the entire heater box to the other style in addition to the front panel swap. To do this you need to remove your dash to get it out.
It's easily DIY'able if you are capable but a lot of labour costs if you aren't.
