The UK Porsche dealers seem to have been given their allocations, no doubt frustratingly small, so the lucky few on the top part of the waiting lists will now be hearing they have a build slot.

I am fairly close to the top at my local dealer but yet to get the call, so am starting to fear the worst......

So who on a waiting list has heard they have one????

Anyone any idea how many cars the UK will get?

Happens to me all the time as well. Got a choice of dealers offering GT4 and GT3RS , playing them off against each other to get the best discount. Looks like I could get around 8% off each.

Probably will just sack it and get the new Skoda as it looks epic.

What? yikes

I've never heard such rubbish. Went in to my local dealer today and was told I had been bumped down to 123rd in the queue.

Dunno what you guys are on, but everyone knows you have no chance of getting a new VRS.

123rd? Are you sure are you sure they weren't implying that you should try the new BMW Remapped Diesel.

I thought I was doing the smart thing and left deposits with 2 dealers. I now have two cars coming but can only afford one so I will have to cancel the other and lose my deposit cry

Agreeing is one thing, coughing up is another entirely. Sorry, sidicks, our deal's not cast in stone until I see the colour of your money. The first one to transfer me £25,000 via Western Union to my off shore account wins the option to buy the car at the market rate premium over list once the car's here (whether that's a six or seven figure sum remains to be seen of course).

However, your payment MUST be accompanied by a letter of intent written in OPC receptionist's Chanel mascara pen (if he/she doesn't use Chanel, go to a better OPC) in the specific shade of either basalt black or meteor grey, on parchment made from the pulp of all the LOI's that can be found in all UK OPC's bins (in plentiful supply), which must be washed in official OPC washer fluid (giving a nice pink tinge), and the whole thing must be in an envelope carrying a wax-type seal made from baking the oil/metallic particle sludge found in a blown engine with IMS failure (I know this bit's dead easy to find and not much of a challenge but it's still a nice finishing touch).

I realise it could look like I'm about to take payments and LOI's from lots and lots of people, most of whom haven't a hope in hell of getting the car, but don't worry, you can trust me, I'd never do that whistle

If you have any questions about the authenticity of this offer please direct them to itslegithonest@westernunion.com

My Western Union receiving account is isawyoucoming991rs

Let me know when you've sent the money AND letter and I'll acknowledge it but this may be delayed subject to my wifi coverage in the Bahamas.
