Gt3 Purchase!!
Discussion
It's been a while since I've posted on here, eight years without a 911 is just wrong!! So back on track and looking at purchasing a 997 gt3 gen 1 comfort spec, will need to be putting rear seats in hence the comfort spec (don't shoot me down in flames it's wrong I know but needs must when you have children!!)
Just wandered if anyone knows the car, it's always been an East London car apparently, reg is GN57EFR in cobalt blue. I have attached a copy of the rev report for the experts out there to cast there eye over as just want to make sure it's right, apparently over 762 hrs it's averaged 32mph with no overrevs at all.
Thanks guys, will be popping down to Oulton Park for a look next week to see some of these cars in action so see you then

Had a SW bypass pipe on the C4S, but even then i was underwhelmed with the GT3s noise. All this talk of the 991 GT3 losing the character of the Mezger is utter BS; the 991 may have the now standard quiet valve, but when it opens up it is much, much more tuneful and if anything the lumpy tickover etc. is more pronounced. Bad news for me, good news for Chris at ABP!

LOL indeed it is! Did I mention we have 5 x SHARKWERKS 997 GT3 systems arriving with us early next week and at the moment only 2 of them are sold....
Just as a reminder...

Providing the mileage stacks up roughly with the engine hours you shouldn't be too worried... does seem unusual to not have any over rev's at all, it is possible to remove the information if you know how.
It's not as uncommon as you'd think. My 996GT3 has 0 ignitions in both RR1 and RR2 and there are a few guys on here with the same.

And I solved the quietness problem by fitting a TubiStyle muffler bypass which (on loud) is absolutely awesome - it's not a common option but the quality of the exhaust is top notch and the cost was attractive - I can definitely recommend considering purchase
Thanks guys for the replies, glad it all looks ok. Just need to physically see the car at the dealer to confirm everything then could be delivered next week !!!! Just in time for the summer, roll on some nice days also the benefit of having Snowdonia on the doorstep for some awesome roads

I completed a rear seat conversion on my 997.1 GT3 and it's reasonably straight forward. Evidently, OPC Reading have been commissioned to do at least one in the past. It was a white car that came on the market approx 2.5 years ago.
I fitted a Sharkwerks muffler Bypass on mine and the sound is epic.
