997.2 turbo finally arrived

After searching for a 2009 997.1 turbo with manual gearbox and aero kit in black, decided to increase my budget for a 997.2 turbo in Atlas Grey with PDK, aero kit, RS Spyder wheels and carbon fibre interior trim.

Not sure whether I've made the right choice however only time will tell.

Finally picked her up yesterday morning and so far extremely pleased.

I generally stick with the NA cars, but I am curious about these. I'd be tempted to try a nice PDK like that and see what I make of it.

I like the fact it's not a black or white one. Carbon interior bits must make it feel more special.

I had a Cayman S 987 in Atlas and loved the colour. Now have a 997.1 turbo manual. Having driven a a 981 Cayman S PDK can only thing you have a fantastic combination. Well done on such an epic car.

Ignore those ludites who dislike PDK (or similar) , it will be an utterly brilliant drive that's for sure!

I'm a die hard manual fan, however the PDK is superb.

Just been out for a spirited drive with my partner and must say there would be no that I would want to swap this car for a manual the shifts are so quick and I love the popping noise on up shift with the window open (can't hear it with the window closed(.

So far extremely happy with the car.

Congratulations, that car looks fantastic. The aero kit and centre locks really set it off and Atlas Grey is a great colour choice (though I am slightly biased)

Looks epic, enjoy great way to enjoy the BH weekend.

The aero kit and CL wheels look class.

Try a spirited standing start in sport + and listen for cheeky chirp from rear tyres on upchange into 2nd.
