So my major service brought up that my drop links are very rusty and could do with replacing within the next year. Is it an easy job or should I just take it in and hand over the money? Which and where to get the replacements?

Pretty straight forward, couple of 17mm (I think) bolts and it's off.

Although sounds as if they're not desperately needing done. Can't think why a rusty droplink would be a concern. If it was knocking due to the bush being knackered then fine, rust tho..... Surely not a main dealer trying to chance it??

When you said rust, do you mean surface rust or the rod has rusted through/holed? I would not worry about surface rust but if the rod is very crusty to the point it looks like it might snap then I would change them.
