Which 911 models are these?

A friend of mine spotted these earlier today in Spain, the silver wheeled 911 looks like a Turbo but I'm not sure about the other which has central exhausts.

Apparently Porsche are often testing new cars near his villa.

Any ideas?

Probably should have googled first, the 2nd car appears to be the facelift 991
