996 Turbo exhaust Headers

Can anyone tell me if these exhaust headers will fit my late 2001 Turbo Tip? Car is standard.

Don't know, because they were on my car when I got it. they certainly look better; the originals look like a very low-tech casting of a bunch of bananas.
