I wonder whether, had the ten years sooner, could the N/A engine have survived with e-motor augmentation (as per the 918)?

If they do a LaFerrari on the 911 in 2018 I'll be very happy with that. A tuned NA flat 6 with the leccy motors torque filling enough but not too much giving nice linear increasing torque and max power at max revs? Yum. Much better proposition than the new 991.2 and 718 power deliveries
