Has been on sale for a while and low price as no sports chrono, however I believe it can be retrofitted.

Anyone who doesn't consult PH before submitting their spec nuts

LOOOL.

A lot of people actually consult on PH and other 911 forums.. It's interesting to see.

Isn't SC just the clock on the 991 Turbo - so not sure why you view it as essential. At £234 for an analogue clock I can see why people wouldn't spec it.
Doesn't SC also include overboost or something?

Good question actually Sid that I'd like to know too. On the 997's Sports chrono gave you overboost for 10 seconds but I am not sure on the 991. I think for 991 gen2 there is a seperate setting maybe that individual setting a la 918 thats on the steering wheel which gives max acceleration/power etc pretty much when you want it.

Well I was checking on the Porsche UK configurator and it looks like on 991 TT that SC is described as just the "SC sports dial" so I was assuming that the rest of the SC was fitted as std, including the overboost.

Then I realised that the configurator was the new 991.2 TT so I deleted my post as I realised it might not apply to 991.1 TT... tongue out
