From what I've been told, "stainless studs mean no corrosion but the hard stainless is brittle and doesn’t expand with the heat well, so if you use stainless nuts they work loose, so the soft metal nuts absorb all the movement from heat and vibration and stay tight."
I've learnt from Porsche the original M8x22 studs are superseded with M8x30, with 10mm thread/5mm blind shank/15mm thread so looking for something similar. Perhaps Darren may also let you know where he gets his from, or supply me some?
