I swear cars know when you're talking about them. We discussed selling our 997 Turbo the other night and then, when we got in it to come home from where we'd been, it beeped and told us both the coolant temp and oil temp gauges didn't want to play any more. They'd been working fine on the previous journey, but not any more. Question is, is it likely to be the senders? Are they easy to get at and change or do I throw it at a specialist and look pathetic?

Any signs of rodents - sudden issues after restart have been known like that.

Have a look / smell in the engine bay - sounds silly I know but the little furry feckers like a chew.....
