996.2 GT3 CATs - Standard Cell; switching to 200 CELL or 100

What cell are the oem CATs on a 996.2 gt3? 400 cell or more?

Am thinking about some decent 3 - 1 headers as well as some 200 cell cats.

Will 200 cell cats make a big difference or not worth bothering? am told that 100 CELL will keep tripping the systems and could make the car too loud for track work too.

I've been told GT3 OEM is 300 cell, I read somewhere that the Carrera is 400 cell
