Ive driven something similar. You still need to use the clutch on up and downshifts so it's not a flat shift system. You can still have fun on the the heal toe downshifts. You can't (shouldn't be able to) mess up a downshift and buzz the engine. Depends on what you are looking for

yes you need the clutch still but it is a straight up and down shift so you can't miss gears etc. I have one for sale it is at jzm if you want it. Like new.
