996 Rear Spoiler
Discussion
I'm less than a month into 996 ownership and am finally having a good poke about rather than just driving it!
Giving it a quick dust out earlier, I thought I'd give the manual spoiler lift button a push. It goes up and down fine but groans like a good 'un. I've not heard this before and assume the engine noise masks it.
I very much doubt that in the past five years the car has been driven fast enough for it to lift so hope it's just down to lack of use. I've given the obvious moving parts a liberal squirt of silicone spray.
Any pearls of wisdom I should be thinking about from those that know?
Thanks in advance.
