Missed not having a "toy" since selling my highly modified TVR Griffith 500 some 8 years ago but delighted to be back on PH with my new pride and joy. I look forward to following the threads on this forum.

Thank you everyone for the positive comments and welcome. The driving experience is so different, you never knew when the TVR would step out and scare the pants off you but the 4S handling is just amazing. This is the best all round sports car I've driven. Glad to be back..

I like those ducktails as well. Interesting to see that there is no front spoiler to balance the front. I was reading that Porsche said you would need both. Tempting if not.

The car pictured also has the aero front bumper fitted, not the standard 991 one.

Digga, yep remember those days, cheek clentching not knowing when she would step out and bite you. However, that was the fun side of TVR ownership... Im sure we may have met on a trip down to the ring with TVR MONSTER crew.

Yep. When it said "modified" Griff 500, I thought "there's not too many of us that were daft enough to go down that route - I bet I know him!".

Nice to hear from you! beer

Any thoughts of taking the 991 on the track?
