Hi all,

Anyone got any experience of tracking down a likely boost leak?

I've noticed a loss of power under hard acceleration and the boost isn't peaking as high as it was. As i'm also hearing a slight whistle over my shoulder I've (likely incorrectly!) convinced myself that a leak must be the cause.

I could of course take to a dealer but I'm conscious that giving open-ended instructions on having a power loss could end up with many hours of labour charges while various theories are investigated.

If you've got a good friendly Indi that you use, sometimes finding leaks can be quite quick. If they know what there doing and are experienced in it.

I'm not sure where your located?
