2017 911 GT3 Ordering

Was originally looking to spec up / place order with my local Dealer for a 911 GTS but was over in Geneva last week for work and managed to catch the motorshow.

Totally fallen for the GT3 its stunning!. Different cars with different characteristics i know but i have to have it !

Now finding a dealer with whom i can find a deposit is going to prove somewhat of a challenge as most of the major city dealerships have people down on their books already on the waiting list for delivery in August!

Is anyone here on the list already ?

Chances of getting one? Slim. Be patient and you may get there in the end but there's no guarantee.

I know of one OPC that has 178 LOIs for a 991 Gen 2 GT3 & only ten cars in their initial batch. Even if you had an LOI in place it would also depend on your Porsche ownership history as to whether an OPC will grant you one. My OPC said to me its not done on a first come first serve basis as to when you sent them a LOI - its done on who they feel deserves one! Basically, what your Porsche ownership history has been. Good luck though buddy.

Not quite in the same league, I was late to the party with both the GT4 & 981 Spyder - all allocations for both gone at all OPC's but just managed to get a Spyder when someone decided he wanted his deposit back & dropped out.
