My 991.2 GT3 experience...

Ever since I've heard the spec of the new GT3, like many i knew i wanted one bad ! However, i never owned a porsche before and from what i understood it would be nearly impossible for me to get one new from my local OPC, nonetheless i walked in 4 weeks ago and asked if i could get the new GT3, to my surprise i was told that they worked on a first come first serve basis so i just put down a 15% deposit today however i did not get a build date, but they seemed sure that i would get my car around the beginning of next year ! point of this thread is that other threads on PH made it seem that i needed to get on all fours in order to get one. So just try your luck, you never know !

Well done - very exciting car and great value. No idea how Porsche keep making it better.

I'd get one in a heart beat if it wasn't for the suggested £50k premiums that will be demanded in the U.K.
