Measuring Cam Deviation through OBD

I know that the "full" Duramtric can apparently measure cam deviation via OBD - does anyone have a fleabay device that shows these same measurements? Or is the Duramtric the only thing around?

My Chinese clone durametric running old version 3 can read deviation along with all the other engine parameters.
