997.1manual change to 991.1 PDK

i have been contemplating changing to a 991 GT3. I cannot get hold off a 991.2 manual. I just wondered if any owners have changed to a 991.1 PDK and regreted the change becouse they miss the manual. Im not to bothered about track days, just enjyment of some good challenging roads.

Hi there I went from a 996.2 GT3 to a 991.1 GT3 (via a 997 GTS). I also have another car with similar power levels and a superb manual gearbox.

I enjoy both, the PDK is great whether in manual mode or auto especially in PDK-S mode, I enjoy the manual car very much too.

Perhaps the best answer to your question is I'm never driving the GT3 thinking "if only this car was a manual"

That's really something only you can answer....if you really like the manual box it might be an issue...also depends on how/where you're driving it I think!
