If it has lots of previous owners then I think it might be my old one (I had it on a PP so can’t quite remember the original plate).

If so, despite me being owner number 8 (!) I think, it was in amazing condition and very well looked after

8 previous owners (excluding current) and previous registration numbers included NES 25, 70 YY & 3 SGC

Was advertised last June for £109,990, in December for £107,990 and now dropped to £104,990

I have no affiliation with this car, just a deep want for a 997.2 GT3 and from the images this looks lovely.

another drop, starting to look like a nice buy, and a great spec.

Maybe a tidy 997.2 GT3 can be bought for sub £100k..... These cars were maximum £75k 4-5 years ago. This one just needs a set of Michelin Cup 2 tyres fitting - the Pirelli's have no place on a GT3.

the number of owners will put a lot of people off so I suspect it could be got for £100k, but that would be a great deal for a keeper

I agree, and at that price it would be a great buy.

My dream spec car is still for sale at Hexagon but sadly about £25k more than I would be happy to pay...

And this one is my old car,
I should never have sold it.
and, I was going to buy it back, but managed to get a new 991.2GT3 ordered.

Apart from me having to get a bit of filler and the front wing repainted after a minor incident,,, It was perfect..
Hmmm, If only I could find another £125,000....

Well I guess a 991.2 GT3 will help with the loss of your stunning 997.2, as soon as Hexagon listed it I was smitten. My favourite 911, in my favourite colour and with amazing spec! Did you own it from new or buy it used?

Thanks for the great feedback gents, think you're on the money with the car! Spoke to the dealer and he said 6 former keepers. Personally not bothered as these things do change hands with some frequency plus I'll see this as a keeper type car. Almost (my) perfect spec, folding leather buckets / extended Alcantara / no cage so a bit more usable / sound plus / ... Only thing missing is PCCB however I've tracked down a brand new set that I'm thinking of fitting post purchase.

I had a 997.1 for a few years and loved it, always hankered after a gen 2 - time to tick that box! smile #veryexcited wink

Cheers all...

better off with after market ceramics over the older 2010 oem design, or just go AP steels/

great car that though.

Thanks. Don't suppose you have a link to the aftermarket ceramics you mention?

be a great car that, if I were not getting a new one , that model was top of the list, add some TXX shocks, and for me a short final drive and the RS flywheel. and away you go.

Had it from new, drove around 9000 miles, mainly around the alps. it was perfect, until I dropped a bag of grout on the front wing and dented it!!
Nothing major, only person to have a body repair for being clumsy getting out of my garage loft....

Not the only person- I dropped my motorcycle on the front wing of my green gt3rs whilst wheeling it out the garage!!!!

This little monster was delivered this morning, I have been out and about today, what a fabulous machine.

I reckon this one’s a keeper.
