Hi guys,
Im about to get back into a 911 after a good few years. The car we are looking at is a 9 year old example and i was wondering what the extended warranty would cost?
The car is being sold by an independant so will need the 111check. I know this is around £200.
Does anyone know how much the warranty will cost?

Cheers

For my 997 GTS It’s about £2200 from memory. Given 4wd and Turbo I’d imagine a bit more for your Turbo?

You have to have owned it for 3 months for you to be able to put a Porsche warranty on it then it has to pass the 111 point inspection and at that point they will let you buy a warranty!

Thanks for the replies.

We are trying to make a decision over the weekend and obviously most Porsche centres will be closed now.

I at over 2k i might be better off buying from a main dealer with 2 years included.

That would be for two years, and approx half for one year, and should be the same for a Turbo - also has the option of with/without Porsche Assistance, which can be a bit of a bargain if you use the car in Europe for any period of time. Phone an OPC for current pricing.

Thanks for clearing this up!

£1k a year is manageable!
