Euro breakdown cover

Having a couple of days in Europe in June. Just checked with Green Flag, who have used previously, but my 996 TT is now 16 years old & they won't offer cover. She kindly suggested that I could take another, newer vehicle! Who to use for peace of mind breakdown cover?

May not be any good to you but check to see if you have anything via a bank account or insurance policy

The european recovery via my Nationwide bank account worked a treat when my clutch failed at the nurburgring last year. They flew us back & the car followed a couple of weeks later.

The RAC insure the policyholder, not the vehicle. With 7 vehicles, it's the cheapest option for me at £276pa for Europe-wide cover & no vehicle age limit.
