...on SOR. Anything I should beware of before I hand the car over tomorrow?

Is that dealer on the A41 near Brent Cross?

Make sure you read and understand every clause in the contract. Staggers me how many people don't!

Hopefully it's 911v or JZM.

911V. I am sure Tom will look after me. Wasn't sure what happens regarding insurance, tracker and whatnot while they have it.

Nothing to worry about with 911V... Sold my first Porsche through them.

You'll have no issues with Tom ay 911V. Ultra straight guy and very professional outfit.

Don't expect your GTS to hang around for long on 911V's previous form....

It's a Carrera 2 manual in Carrara white, short shift, Bose, white dials, silver seat belts, full leather including upper/lower dash, centre console, door cards etc, ali gear knob from Sport Classic (factory optioned), sport chrono, PCM, Bluetooth and whatnot, Porsche tracker, centre locks, clear rear lenses, probably something else I've forgotten. 26.5k miles. About to leave on the three hour journey to 911V so if someone's interested they'd better get in touch quick!

Edited to add £69k reasonable for a private sale?

Sound like a nice spec!
Re. price: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

Same miles, near enough identical spec (bar the extended leather and gear knob, afaik), from Hexagon, same price.
Now Hexagon is not known to be the cheapest dealer...

Good luck with the sale byebye

Lets wait and see - Tom doesn't get it wrong very often and he's never had a manual 997 GTS sit around unsold for long....

Didn't the OP ask wether £69k would be reasonable for a private sale?
I'd say for a private sale this would be too high. For a dealer asking for £69k it seems to be the going rate, although someone mentioned the white C2 GTS at Hexagon has been for sale for some time.

But since the OP has sold it already to 911V, all is good and well!
@OP hope you had a great last ride in your GTS!
