.2 GT3RS Day out

Thought a thread away from residuals or ifs and whens the next model out blah blah blah.

Been out in my .2 GT3RS this moring for a cars and coffee meet, i havnt had the time since delivery to really put any decent mile on the car, but have a window of opputunity this morning and now covered 700miles, still running in as per AP running in process but crikey what a change from my UV .1GT3RS in terms of low down Torque! even only up to 6000rpm the motor is playful, throttle response is 'lively' to say the least so i have got to be careful, and the downforce you can feel, love this car i really am trying to get the miles on it before taking to its first trackday while the weather is dry and fine! long live NA!!!!!!!

Good job for getting out in it.. Lovely day for driving.. I just got back from the Cars & Crossiants @ JZM. Loads of lovely metal.
There was a Black on Black Touring which i'd give up a lot to get my hands on...One day.

Ok cool... was a very nice turnout. I meant to go the first one - and way gutted when i saw the pics and video clips that got posted, so was determined to make it today.

Great to meet you there TDT , think I will get their set up to try and dial out the understeer in the .2GT3 RS . Interesting the GT4 when you left is pretty loud . There was a LG and Silver as well as my Black one , Cornmiest was yours the LG ???

Hunter- I was in my GT Silver RS (parked next to entrance) I saw your black RS I liked the spec with rollcage delete

Silver and gold wheels was my next choice .... black whilst looks nice is difficult to clean and after a few track days rubber and stones can have a more visible effect ... thankfully got PPF .Yes no cage as saves weight and looks a nicer inside , even though after 3 months my wife still has not sat in it .

Did another short trip with my now finally run-in lowly Touring. That engine, bl**dy hell, what an animal - and worth getting one of the .2 3s alone

I actually wish I would of took a Touring allocation lovely cars for the everyday blast

Yes my opinion of the .3 RS , is a bit short of power .....on track , but the gearbox is amazing as good as many of the race boxes I have experienced . Nice mix of cars and well organised day ....

Likewise Hunter… nice to meet you too.
GT4 is nicely loosened up now… (and the tunnel helped)… these cars need miles people.
I’ve booked in there for them to recheck my geo after the track days I’ve been on.

The 2.3 RS’ are lovely bits of kit. Glad to see them out and in use.
I had passenger laps in 991.1 GT3 RS this week @ Castle Combe. One word… SpaceRocket.
